I lost my password. How can I get it back?
You can go to this page and type your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password.
How can I access my personal account?
Your customer area is accessible from this page, by clicking on the upper right corner, on the link "You are already a customer, log in". You can identify by using your email address and the password chosen for your booking.
I wish to change my email address or my password. How can I do?
You can connect to your personal account from this page, by clicking on the upper right corner, on the link en cliquant en haut à droite sur "You are already a customer, log in".
Once you have logged in, you can access and change your personal details, including your email address and your password.
I did not receive my confirmation email or I deleted it.
The confirmation email may be sent with a short delay in relation to the receipt of proof of payment. Make sure that the email is not in "junk" or "spam" in your mailbox.
You can find your order details by logging into your personal account from this page, by clicking on the upper right corner, on the link "You are already a customer, log in".
Go to the tab "My orders" to find all the details of your order and save your tickets.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
May I pay with holiday vouchers?
It is not possible to buy your tickets online with holiday vouchers, but you may use them to buy tickets directly at the cashier of the park.
PURCHASE CONFIRMATION AND ENTRY TICKETS
I cannot print my tickets. What can I do?
Check the operating status of your printer (connection, paper, ink, etc.). Vulcania tickets are images, so make sure that image printing is enabled in your printer settings.
Do I need a color printer?
You can print your tickets in color or in black and white, but make sure that the print quality is good enough to get a readable barcode. To be valid, your tickets must be printed whitouth any size change.
May I print my tickets as many times as I want?
Yes, but the printed ticket has a unique barcode that will be checked and recorded at the entrance of the park, so that each entry ticket allows the access to one customer. Only the first person to present the printed ticket will be admitted.
May I present my tickets directly on my smartphone?
Yes, you may present your tickets on your smartphone. Make sure your phone screen is bright enough to read barcodes correctly.
What is the guided tour?
The guided tour is a 1-hour tour accross the park. You will discover with our guides the richness of Auvergne volcanoes and other worldwide volcanoes, as well as the whole history of Vulcania, the secrets of its incredible architecture and many other things. The tour is in French only. For your convenience, we advice you to book your guided tour when purchasing your entry tickets for an additional fee of € 3.50 per person. What is the booklet "Vulcania Plus"?
Complete and particularly well documented, this booklet is an essentiel complement to your exploration.
You can order it while purchasing your entry tickets online for € 3.50 per booklet. The booklet "Vulcania Plus" is only available in French. What is the "Cité des enfants"?
The "Cité des enfants" (Children's village) is an area dedicated to children from 3 to 7 and offers activities specially designed for them: 4 play areas about the discovery of water, senses, movements and light. How can I book a session at the "Cité des enfants"?
The "Cité des enfants" (Children's village) is dedicated to kids from 3 to 7. You can book a session while purchasing your entry tickets online. You can add "Cité des enfants" tickets to your cart if you have previously chosen dated tickets for children aged between 3 and 16 years old. Then, you can select your session. If you already have entry tickets or if you could'nt book your "Cité des enfants" sessions at the same time as the purchase of your entry tickets online, it is possible to book a session on your day of visit, directly at the cashier or the front desk on level -1.
Where can I buy a 2nd day ticket?
You can buy a 2nd day ticket during the opening dates of Vulcania, only at the park, at the cashier or the front desk on level -1, for a preferential price. You need to present your entry tickets in order to benefit from it.
