TERMS OF SALES 2025
Article 1. Applications of the General Conditions of Sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all Internet ticket orders placed on Vulcania website www.vulcania.com via the getaticket interface. Vulcania reserves the right to adapt or modify them at any time. In this case, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order would be applied.
Article 2. Contractual relations
2.1. The information appearing on Vulcania website and 2025 brochures may be subject to modifications, of which the customer will be informed beforehand at the conclusion of his ticket purchase, excluding those concerning certain shows, attractions, shops or restaurants which are open only during certain seasons or may be closed, changed or canceled without notice. The customer can consult the calendar and opening hours on the website.
2.2. SEM VOLCANS, manager of Vulcania park, whose contact details appear in the "Legal Notice" tab, known as "Vulcania", is the customer's sole contact and is responsible to him for the performance of the obligations arising from these conditions of sale. Vulcania cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from force majeure or due to any third party to the organization, the conduct of the visit and the services provided on this occasion.
2.3. The customer acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the following conditions of sale: to be at least 18 years old, to be legally capable of contracting and not to be under guardianship or curatorship. Otherwise, Vulcania reserves the right to cancel the order.
2.4. Any order implies complying with Vulcania's internal regulations duly posted at the entrance to the Park.
2.5. Pursuant to article L 121 21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, the services offered by Vulcania, as services of leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period, are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L 121-21 et seq. of the same Code in matters of contracts concluded at a distance and off premises.
Article 3. Order terms
3.1. The prices appearing on Vulcania website and 2023 brochures are applicable until November 2, 2025 and are inclusive of all taxes. They are determined according to the economic conditions in force on the date of establishment of the rates.
3.2. Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, Vulcania cannot retroactively apply discounts and one-off promotional offers.
3.3. All payments must be made in euros by Visa or Mastercard credit card on the day of booking. Full and immediate payment is required for any order placed on the website. All other payment methods are not accepted. Vulcania is not responsible for any charges on bank card transactions occasioned by changes in the exchange rate or for other reasons.
3.4. The order validation date corresponds to the date of the order and its online payment by credit card in accordance with Article 1369-4 and following of the Civil Code.
3.5. Any purchase order signed by the customer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which cannot be called into question. The "double click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the messages integrity has value between the parties in the same way as a handwritten signature in accordance with article 1369-4 and following of the Civil Code.
3.6. Payment by credit card is made on the secure banking servers of our partner (Crédit Agricole Center France). This implies that no banking information concerning the customer passes through the Vulcania site and the getaticket interface. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; the customer's order will thus be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the bank chosen by the customer.
3.7. The customer's credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never pass unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Vulcania and the getaticket interface have no access to these details, and do not keep them on the servers. This is why they are requested from the customer for each new transaction on our site.
3.8. Vulcania reserves the right to refuse to honor an order from a customer who has not fully paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered. Such refusal constitutes a legitimate reason within the meaning of Article L122-1 of the Consumer Code and does not constitute a refusal to sell.
3.9. The total number of tickets is limited to 10. Beyond that, we recommend that you contact the Reservations department on 04.73.19.70.98 (cost of a local call) to benefit from an adequate price offer.

5.5. Each printed Internet ticket has a unique barcode checked and recorded at the entrance to Vulcania using barcode readers, allowing access to Vulcania to a single customer. It is not possible to be admitted to the entrance of the Park several times with the same Internet ticket (except in the case of the “2-day ticket” where only one ticket per person must be presented during the 2 accesses to the Park).
